UPIGI sells small lifestyle products in the United States. This Refund Policy states the complete list of situations in which a refund is available. All other purchases are final sale.
Refunds available
A refund is available only in the following situations:
- Undelivered orders, excluding an undelivered order caused by a wrong email address or shipping address entered at checkout by the customer.
- Duplicate charges or erroneous charges.
Final sale
Everything else is final sale. Purchases that do not fall within the complete list above are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
How to request a refund
To request a refund for an undelivered order or a duplicate or erroneous charge, contact us by email at support@upigi.net and include your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
