How to use:
Step 1: Charge the device first if necessary, attach the LCD device to the foot mat.
Step 2: Place both feet on the mat (the device only works when both feet are on the mat).
Step 3: Press “+” to turn it on, press “M” to switch modes.
Step 4: Press “+” to increase intensity, “-” to decrease intensity.
Step 5: Press “-” until the screen shows “0”, then press “-” again to turn it off.
